Editorial Policy
We aim to help buyers make better-informed oral-care decisions by separating what a product is, what the evidence actually supports, what the seller claims, and what the buying terms mean in practice.
Product selection
We prioritize products that are relevant to oral wellness, show meaningful consumer interest, and provide enough verifiable information for a useful review. A product is not included simply because it offers an affiliate program, and affiliate availability does not determine ranking or verdict.
Product identity: variant, market, and date
We identify the specific product, formula or variant, market, and fact-check date whenever those details can materially change the answer. Findings from one version or country are not automatically applied to another version just because the brand name is similar.
Sources and verification
Material factual claims are tied to numbered references in full reviews when practical. Sources may include current labels and manufacturer materials, seller and retailer policies, regulatory or public-health sources, published research, pricing and ordering pages, and independent reputation or customer-review sources. We prefer current primary sources for product facts and clearly distinguish customer reports from scientific evidence.
How we classify evidence
We distinguish evidence for the finished product from evidence for an ingredient, probiotic species, or exact strain. We also look at whether the studied dose, duration, population, format, and measured outcome reasonably match the product and buyer question being discussed. A study on one ingredient or strain is not presented as proof that a different finished formula produces the same result.
Health and performance claims
Manufacturer claims are reported as claims unless the evidence supports stronger wording. We do not treat testimonials, star ratings, or isolated customer experiences as clinical proof or as a guarantee of typical results.
Buying terms, price, and timing
Prices, package structures, shipping, subscriptions, guarantees, and return policies are snapshots from the date of our fact-check and can change. When study or manufacturer timing suggests that an outcome is normally assessed over a particular period, we compare that timing with the available return window when it matters to the buyer.

Updates and corrections
Labels, prices, evidence, availability, guarantees, and third-party policies can change. We use fact-check or review dates to show when material information was verified, update important changes when practical, and correct significant errors when reliable documentation establishes that a correction is needed.
