Reader Review Guidelines

Reader experiences should help another buyer understand what actually happened—not promote or punish a brand.

What we welcome

Positive, mixed, and negative first-hand experiences are equally welcome. Be specific about how long you used the product, what you noticed, what you liked or disliked, and anything another buyer should know.

Keep the experience yours

Describe what happened to you. Do not submit a review on behalf of another person, copy a review from another website, or present advertising copy as your own experience.

Protect privacy

Do not include medical records, full names of other people, phone numbers, home addresses, payment details, passwords, order credentials, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information.

Keep it relevant and readable

We screen submissions for spam, duplicate content, harassment, unrelated material, promotional links, personal information, and content that cannot reasonably be presented as a genuine product experience. Positive and negative experiences are treated the same.

Your words stay your words

We do not change a reader’s star rating or rewrite the substance of their experience. In rare cases, we may place a separate, clearly labeled editorial context note next to a review when clarification is useful. The note is visually distinct from the reader’s own words.

Publication and permission

Reader submissions are reviewed before appearing publicly. By submitting a reader review, you give Oral Care Compass permission to store, format, reproduce, and display the submitted review on the website and in related editorial presentations, subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
